What is Grof® Breathwork?
Rooted in ancient wisdom and modern consciousness research, Grof® Breathwork uses accelerated breathing, evocative music, and special bodywork that help to release residual bioenergetic and emotional blocks. In this way, the approach induces deep, non-ordinary, holotropic states of consciousness.
These states activate our innate inner wisdom and healing intelligence, allowing profound emotional release, insight, and transformation beyond what traditional talk therapy can do.
What to expect?
On the evening before the workshop there's an online introduction meeting.
During the workshop day, participants work in pairs, alternating as breathers and sitters. The day will have one breathwork session of about three hours before lunch and another session after lunch.
The breathwork sessions are supported by mandala drawing, personal reflection, and facilitated sharing circles for integration. A week's time after the workshop, there is an online integration meeting.
No prior experience is required.
The workshop is guided by Patricia Petra and Samy Khelfa, certified Grof® Breathwork facilitators and will have up to a maximum of 12 participants.
Grof® Breathwork is the original method of holotropic breathwork as Stan Grof wishes it to be practiced and taught.

All facilitators speak both Danish and English.
